Do you ship to my country?

As a leading global online retailer, we ship thousands of orders daily all over the world. Just buy and enjoy our great service, we ship directly to your door.

Cost of shipping?

Free over 100€*. Less than 100€ the shipping cost is calculated by checkout according to the country of origin to the country of delivery. We ship from our partnered factories located in China, UK and USA.

*Note that due to new Canadian shipping rules, special shipping terms apply for Canada and free shipping does not apply when placing orders above 100 euros. 

How long does it take to ship?

Most of items will ship out in 2-5 business days. Some may take longer if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 business days to process.

Expected arrival times vary by location.

The estimated delivery time is 12-20 days for US, 15-45 days International for all items.

In order to achieve the fastest delivery time possible, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing. It’s perfectly normal to receive one item at the time.


If you can not receive your package based on the above estimates. Please kindly submit a ticket on our Support Center.

Shipping Issues is not responsible for items sent to the incorrect address or undeliverable items. Please check the shipping address closely before placing your orders.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 to 48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
